Durable, repeatable performance through clear coaching standards and integrated chiropractic care. Training, treatment, and recovery — built around one system.
Juarez Performance & Chiropractic is a coaching and chiropractic practice in Burlington, Ontario. Training, chiropractic, and recovery each stand on their own. Together, they operate as one system — one plan, shared notes, no gaps. That’s the standard, whether you use one service or all three.
Championship-level strength and conditioning. Every rep coached. Velocity tracked with GymAware. Individualized programming through BridgeAthletic.
Palmer-trained chiropractic care integrated directly into your training plan. Not a referral. Not a separate building. Same team, same language.
Game Ready compression therapy, Normatec boots, and soft tissue work. Recovery is part of the plan, not an afterthought.
Individual sessions, small groups, or the fully integrated approach. Every tier is coached, tracked, and held to the same standard.
Dedicated coaching. Your session, your plan, full attention. Available as single sessions or packages.
Small-group coaching with individualized programming inside a shared session. Built for athletes, working professionals, and active adults who want structure, accountability, and the same standards in a more efficient format.
The complete package. Coaching, chiropractic care, and recovery services under one plan. This is what sets JPC apart.
Pricing and session formats are discussed during your initial assessment. All prices are before HST.
JPC is built on an integrated model. When you train with us or receive chiropractic care with us, you have access to the full system — not just one side of it.
Every active training member receives one complimentary Normatec or Game Ready session per month. Recovery is part of the process, not an upsell.
Training members receive a complimentary chiropractic consultation with Maggie. If ongoing care is needed, your coach and chiropractor are already on the same page.
Chiropractic patients receive a complimentary training assessment with Coach Juarez. One conversation to see if the full integrated approach is right for you.
Your coach and your chiropractor communicate directly. Clinical findings inform training. Training data informs care. No crossed signals.
Athletes earn their outcomes. We own the process, the standards, and the accountability.
