Built by Vince Juarez, CSCS, and Dr. Maggie Dunlop-Juarez, DC.
Founder-led coaching and chiropractic care shaped by real team, field, clinical, and competitive environments.
"Our experience shows up in the way the work is applied: clearer assessment, better communication, more disciplined progression, and fewer gaps between training, care, and recovery."
Juarez Performance & Chiropractic is a founder-led coaching and chiropractic practice in Burlington, Ontario.
Some clients come for training. Some come for chiropractic care. Some use both. When both are needed, training, chiropractic, and recovery are coordinated to support the client's goal.
Our experience shows up in the way the work is applied: clearer assessment, better communication, more disciplined progression, and fewer gaps between training, care, and recovery.

What We Do
Training. Care. Recovery. Coordination.
01 · Performance
Performance Training
A coaching relationship. Not a program handoff.
Vince Juarez spent more than fifteen years coaching athletes in competitive California environments across football, basketball, field hockey, lacrosse, and soccer. Years in those environments shaped a coaching style built on clear assessment, disciplined progression, and standards that hold when the work gets hard.
Led by Vince Juarez, CSCS
02 · Chiropractic
Chiropractic Care
Clinical care that thinks past the appointment.
Dr. Dunlop-Juarez brings together chiropractic, athletic therapy, and competitive running experience in a way that keeps care connected to function. Treatment is directed toward helping people move better, train with confidence, and get back to what they are trying to do.
Led by Dr. Maggie Dunlop-Juarez, DC
03 · Recovery
Recovery Services
Recovery with a purpose. Not a destination.
Recovery here supports training and care. Game Ready, Normatec, soft tissue work, and clinical modalities are used with purpose — not offered as a disconnected experience.

Integrated Performance Care
For when proximity is not enough.
When training and chiropractic care need to share a direction, Vince and Maggie communicate directly, plan together, and hold the same standard across both rooms.

Performance Coach
Vince Juarez
B.S. Kinesiology · CSCS · USAW · FMS
Fifteen years coaching athletes in competitive California high school, junior college, and private performance environments across football, basketball, field hockey, lacrosse, and soccer. His role here is the same as it was on every sideline: hold the standard and make the people in front of him better.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Maggie Dunlop-Juarez
DC · B.Kin (Hons) · Neurofunctional Medical Acupuncture
Performance-first clinical care shaped by athletic therapy, real field and team environments, and competitive running at the national level — including a 2:59 at the Chicago Marathon. Her approach is built around what the client is trying to get back to.
Whether you are here for training, care, or both — you are in the right place.
The first step is a conversation. Tell us where you are, what you are working toward, and what has not been working. We will tell you honestly what fits.
Grounded in the same standard. Committed to the people in front of us.

Our Story
Where it started.
We met at Palo Alto High School, both working within the athletic program. Different roles, different training, and different entry points into performance and care — but shaped by the same competitive environment.
That kind of environment teaches you quickly that standards are not something you announce. They are something you demonstrate, consistently, in front of the people who depend on you.
Juarez Performance & Chiropractic was built from that shared foundation: preparation, accountability, and respect for the people in front of us.
Faith·Honor·Service
“Different roles. Different training. The same kind of environment.”
Championship environments are built together. A coach sets the standard and shows up prepared to hold it every session, without exception. But the standard only becomes real when the people in the room choose to meet it, hold each other to it, and carry it when no one is watching.
What makes those environments work is trust. Trust requires honesty in both directions. A coach owes people the truth about what they are capable of and where the work is falling short. They owe the same in return.
The philosophy behind this practice comes from that same place: clear standards, honest communication, disciplined progression, and work done with purpose.
We take responsibility for the standard, the environment, and the trust placed in us.
In Practice
What this looks like here.
Training is led by a coach. Care is led by a chiropractor. When both are needed, the plan is shared.
For Clients in Training
You work with a coach who builds programs with purpose, tracks progress with precision, and adjusts when something needs to change. When chiropractic care is part of the picture, Maggie is already in the conversation.
For Chiropractic Patients
You work with a clinician who thinks about where you are going, not just what hurts right now. When training is part of returning to full capacity, Vince is part of the plan.
Less Guesswork
Direct communication between coach and chiropractor means no gaps, no contradicting advice, and no one left to coordinate two separate plans on their own.
One Standard
Whether you are in the training room or the clinical room, the expectations are the same: prepared, accountable, and clear about what the work is for.
The Founders
The people behind the practice.

Doctor of Chiropractic
DC · B.Kin (Hons) · Neurofunctional Medical Acupuncture · Palmer College West
Dr. Maggie Dunlop-Juarez brings together chiropractic, athletic therapy, and competitive running experience in a way that keeps care connected to function.
Before chiropractic school, she worked in real field and team environments — including Palo Alto High School, Menlo-Atherton High School, and Edge School in Calgary — with experience involving Hockey Alberta, Rugby Alberta, Junior B lacrosse, and return-to-play settings under real pressure.
She is also a competitive runner, including Canadian National Championship competition and a 2:59 at the Chicago Marathon. In practice, that shows up in care that helps people move better, train with confidence, and get back to what they are trying to do.
The first step is a conversation.
Tell us where you are, what you are working toward, and what has not been working. We will tell you honestly what fits.
Training is not a product. Care is not a transaction. Recovery is not a lounge. Every service here has a purpose and a person behind it.

Fifteen years of coaching in real environments. Applied here.
This is a coaching relationship. Not a program delivery service.
A program tells you what to do. A coach tells you why the sequence is built the way it is, adjusts when something needs to change, and holds the standard through the sessions when it would be easier not to.
Whether the client is an athlete in a performance block, a runner building toward a race, a working professional who needs structure that actually holds, or an active adult who wants to stay capable — the coaching standard does not change based on who walks in.
Serves
Athletes in performance or pre-season blocks
Runners building toward race distance
Working professionals in structured training
Active adults staying strong and capable
Return-to-training clients with a clinical referral
Performance-first clinical care led by someone who has been a patient, a clinician, and a competitor.
Most chiropractic care manages what hurts. This addresses what is limiting you.
The care is built around function — what the client is trying to return to, what they need to stay capable of, and what the path forward requires. Dr. Dunlop-Juarez's background in athletic therapy and competitive sport informs how she reads clinical findings: not just in isolation, but in the context of load, training demand, and return to performance.

Coordination with Vince when training is in the picture
Strategic recovery for people in a training or care plan who need to stay ready.
Recovery is not the offer. Readiness is.
Recovery here is used because a specific tool is the right answer for a specific situation — not because it is available or because it looks good on a menu. Tools are selected and applied with clinical and coaching rationale, not consumed as a disconnected experience.
Recovery services are integrated with training and chiropractic plans rather than offered as standalone experiences. If you are in a training block or a care plan, your recovery is part of the same conversation.
When training and care need to share a direction — not just an address.
Most integrated models are proximity. This one is coordination.
Some clients come for training. Some come for chiropractic care. Some use both. When both are needed, training, chiropractic, and recovery are coordinated to support the client's goal.
Vince and Maggie are in direct conversation about the clinical picture, the training load, and what each side of the plan needs to account for. The plan in both rooms is the same plan.
